The launch of green project is aimed to help worldwide company (especially Malaysian company) to save natural resources and energy to save our earth.
No more time wasting, save on paper usage & be environment friendly.
HOW TO START? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
There are many ways to contribute to the success of this project.
1. If you are doing retail business that requires to print paper catalog. Gradually reduce the print quantity and replace it with online e-catalog.
2. Use less fax & postal mail, gradually switch to email for all communications. Keep the email in computer and avoid printing it if not necessary.
3. Besides the email communication, it’s also good to replace the conventional paper receipt or invoice (i.e manual book or computer printed) to digital document. It’s not only environment-friendly, the digital document is also cost-saving. If you are running a retail business, it’s definitely a good idea to start an online store / shopping cart.
4. Online store advantages including energy, time & cost saving; whereby the transaction can be easily accomplished online without the hassle to walk-in to the physical store.
